Darren Neil and Sons donates $10,000 to help build Twin Pad Arena and Library

The Town of Wasaga Beach is pleased to share that Darren Neil and Sons, a local excavating, haulage and specialty services company, has donated $10,000 to support the construction of the town’s new Twin Pad Arena and Library.

Darren Neil and Sons have long been community builders and their donation will help to ensure the final facility remains on track.

“We couldn’t be more pleased and more proud of this donation,” said Mayor Brian Smith. “The town’s new twin-pad arena and library is going to bring our community together in its state-of-the art rinks, events, public spaces and rows of books. Thanks to the incredible support of so many businesses, organizations and individuals in our community, including Darren Neil and Sons, it’s also bringing our community together to get it done.”

Wasaga Beach’s new facility will be an essential part of the town, not only for the arena and library but as a gathering place for the community.
