Help provide support through community partnerships

Sponsorships, donations, and advertising revenue all help the Town of Wasaga Beach’s Public Library and Recreation and Events department to deliver services and host special events for the community.

Businesses, groups and individuals can provide support through community partnerships and major gift naming opportunities. Advertising options include arena boards and digital signs.

Connecting Communities

Our facilities play a valuable role in connecting communities. Facility advertising is a popular and unique way to reach thousands of people per year. We welcome more than 500,000 visitors and users to our centres annually for lessons, camps, leagues, tournaments, events, and more!

Major Gift Naming Opportunities
Naming opportunities are available for the interior and select exterior spaces at the twin-pad arena and library including ice resurfacers, dressing rooms, study areas and multipurpose rooms.

Partnerships

Community and Corporate Partnerships

Community and Corporate Partnerships establishes partnerships between the Town of Wasaga Beach’s Recreation and Events department and community businesses and organizations. Essential services are funded through the town; however, sponsorships, donations and advertising revenues make it possible for the town to expand its programs, services and initiatives while reducing the need for tax increases or additional user fees.

Projects and events
Local businesses, organizations, service clubs, community groups and individuals can provide support through cash contributions, in-kind services, joint promotions, and/or product donations. Below is an example of initiatives that the town has provided thanks to generous support from the community:

• Enhanced programming at the Youth Centre
• Enhanced programming at the Senior Active Living Centre
• Enhanced programming at the library

Event Opportunities

The Town of Wasaga Beach delivers a wide variety of high-quality, family-friendly, public events each year. These events take place throughout the town’s various indoor and outdoor cultural, recreational, and open spaces, and attract more than 100,000 attendees each year.

In order to ensure the ongoing success of each of the town’s community events, a variety of corporate and community sponsorship and partnership opportunities are made available that allow community partners to maximize their visibility and impact in the community.
